Commercial Operations Assistant (Web3)
Up to $65K base + incentives
Remote – Europe or Asia

Amicus is partnering with a high-growth Web3 startup building a lightning-fast, cost-efficient EVM-based blockchain.

They’re looking for a Commercial Operations Assistant to support the Head of Ops—owning project tracking, KPI analysis, and cross-team coordination to drive results across marketing, community, and GTM efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and track projects across bizdev and marketing
• Define and measure KPIs to optimize campaign performance
• Report on marketing, community, and GTM initiatives with clear dashboards
• Own Notion as the central hub for workflows and updates
• Act as a key operational link between teams
• Use data to guide strategic decisions and performance improvements

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years in ops, project management, or assistant roles (Web3/startup preferred)
• Web3/crypto experience (personal or professional)
• Experience working with marketing and sales/bizdev teams
• Background in agency settings is a plus
• Strong multitasking and project execution skills
• Budget tracking and ROI analysis experience
• Notion pro and data/reporting whiz
• Excellent communicator, collaborative by nature
