Head of Marketing – Up to $175K + Starting Bonus

Amicus has recently partnered with an exciting Web3 start-up who are building a fast and cost-effective EVM-based blockchain.

They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive their brand's growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to raise brand awareness, overall growth, and user acquisition.
  • Create and execute branding, positioning, and GTM strategies for new products and features.
  • Define and strengthen the brand’s identity, ensuring consistent messaging and a unique value proposition in the Web3 gaming space.
  • Drive brand growth through strategic campaigns, innovative partnerships, and engaging community-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and BizDev teams to create cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute Web3 campaigns and launches.
  • Build, manage and nurture a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the Web3 space.
  • Experience in launching an L1 blockchain, and managing full cycle.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling brands, with a strong focus on positioning and growth in competitive markets.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term audience loyalty.
Benefits:
  • $150K-$175K base salary + starting bonus.
  • Fully remote – preference for European or Asian candidates.
