Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant – Hybrid Hessen - €75,000 – German Speaking

We have just agreed terms of business with one of the top construction companies in Germany. They have trusted us to find them an internal Business Central Consultant to assist with a huge standardization and migration project across multiple teams within the parent company group. They currently have 1500+ employees across the group however the company you will assist initially sits at around 100 staff in total and 13 in the IT team.

They are looking for a Business Central consultant that understands things from a functional business perspective but also sits in between both business and technical teams as a link. The main focus of the parent group is to centralize and standardize all IT processes over the next few years, with business central 21. There is no specific industry experience required however to hit the ground running, experience with logistics and production modules would help.

You should have a minimum of 3+ years working with Navision or Business Central and be confident communicating at a business level with German. They are looking for people confident covering multiple tasks and that can get along well in a small agile team (2 Business Central Consultants and Devs). They do have a requirement to go on site with a hybrid model in their office in Hessen, although this is very flexible and can be discussed further during interviews.

The interview process for this position is just 2 stages. First off, you will speak for the hiring manager (Head of IT) for 45-60 mins and then a follow up interview will be conducted with a senior stakeholder within the company (1 Hour).
