Business Central Consultants & Technical Architects – Remote Germany – Up to €120,000
We have just agreed terms of business with a fantastic family run Microsoft partner based in Baden Wurttemberg. They are ran by a husband and wife duo, with a huge amount of consulting experience between them and a passion for building out a long lasting team with the right mindset for success! They currently have 10+ consultants, all focusing on Business Central with a finance specialty across the company. They really do know everything about finance, and often act as a further consultancy for other Microsoft partner on niche projects.
They have reached out to us to help build their Business Central team further. They need Developers, Consultants, Architects and Business Analysts to come on board over the next 6 months to pick up the ever expanding client book. You should have a mid level of experience at least 3+ years experience working with either Navision or Business Central in a technical capacity.
They aren’t too bothered about finance experience or knowledge as they recognise not everyone has this and they have enough internal expertise to train the right candidate up on that side of things. You should be confident working in a small team, and mostly remote with some occasional client workshops etc.
The team is fully distributed across Germany and beyond, and in order to maintain a good team balance they have daily online meetings, and group meetups across Germany every quarter. They offer a great salary package of up to €85,000 for Developers and €120,000 for technical architects and senior consultants.
The interview process is a breeze, taking around 10 days to complete in total. They have a teams meeting talking experience, a group ‘get to know the team’ call, and then a quick session with the company owners to get to know you’re character a bit better!
