Business Development Lead – Up to $220K base + tokens

Amicus has recently with an innovative Blockchain project who are building a protocol at the intersection of DeFi and ReFi (regenerative finance).

They are seeking an experienced BD Lead to spearhead their efforts in bridging the gap between DeFi and ReFi, focusing on driving adoption of their protocol by cultivating relationships with Web3 communities, projects, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic partnerships – identify, negotiate and onboard major projects to leverage the protocol for their capital deployment and funding leads.
  • Ecosystem Expansion – build relationships with other protocols and ecosystem partners to expand reach and integration opportunities.
  • Advocacy and Education – communicate their vision and value propositions to potential partners.
  • Market Analysis – Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the DeFi/ReFi space.
  • Internal Collaboration – work closely with product, marketing and community teams.
  • Revenue Growth – design and implement strategies to capture and channel capital towards the Protocol’s sustainability pool.
  • Community Engagement  - actively engage with Web3 communities, events and forums.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience and track record in a similar role within Blockchain/Web3.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi – knowledge of ReFi and public goods funding mechanisms is a plus.
  • Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Experience building a scalable business development pipeline.
