Juha has a wealth of experience spanning 20 years in technology, starting out as a software engineer back in Helsinki and then progressing his career through to a CTO. Over the past few years, he was the CTO of fintech giant Transferwise for Business where he was instrumental in scaling their engineering team from 200 to over 400 in 2 years!
