VP of Engineering  - FinTech - London 2 Days a Week - £120,000 - £150,000

Having grown their London tech team to ~10 engineers an exciting FinTech start-up are looking to make a senior leadership level hire to take them to the next stage. 

reporting directly into the CEO this role will be expected to be the technical leader within the company and responsible for all technical delivery. 

With the company already having established a strong technical team and fantastic product which is already generating revenue you will have a brilliant opportunity to truly scale over the coming years. 

Experience: 

• 10+ Years Software engineering experience with at least 5 years within leadership roles 
• Experience in both start-ups and high-growth companies
• Strong background in Software Engineering / Architecture / Cloud 
• Experienced in building and scaling engineering teams with a strong engineering culture  
• Ideally experience with the existing tech stack: Python / TypeScript and AWS. 

Offer 

• Basic salary of £120,000 - £150,000
