I am working with a leading Blockchain start-up, whose core offering is based around the research, development and deployment of blockchain infrastructure.
This VC-backed client has seen massive success in the last 12 months and are now capitalizing on their extremely strong position to scale their engineering functions.

The business was founded by founders with both exceptional academic background and multiple successful exits at a range of funding levels.
The business currently have 15 employees and 9 other software engineers, but due to massive profitability in the last 12 months, they are looking to hire 4 engineers ASAP.
Role
The business are looking for software engineers with a passion for new technologies and who wants to solve problems. Whilst all the code is built in Rust, they are happy to consider candidates from any technologies, providing you are comfortable picking up Rust but you should have a real passion for Defi and EVM. The team is highly entrepreneurial giving every new starter a great opportunity to take on project ownership straight from the off.
As a Software Engineer you will be working on the company’s core infrastructure and alerting platform and will be responsible for working on a system that is processing huge amounts of data on a daily basis. The business are in the blockchain industry and these roles are working on the core platform so deep understanding of Defi and / or EVM are required.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years development experience
- Experience one of the following Rust, Golang, C++, Java
- Experience with Low latency programming and / or working on distributed systems
- Strong understanding and experience in Defi and MEV
- Ability to work on-site in London (3+ days a Week)
- Basic Salary – Between £80,000 - £200,000
- Bonus – Up to 100% of base salary
