Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer – Video Games - €75,000 - €95,000

I’m currently partnered with one of Berlins coolest companies to find them a Senior SRE / DevOps for the Backend Infrastructure team. Established for over a decade and has around 400 employees and is currently voted for as one of the best employers in Germany.

This position would suit someone who really embraces working within a team environment and enjoys collaborating with everyone throughout the products design process. In this role, you will be developing the live operations management platform that empowers product managers to operate games at scale, delivering personalized player experiences through sales, time-limited events, competitions, and many more new, in-development game features.

Role

• Team of 30 SRE currently, split into 3 squads.  You will join the Core Platform team, working on the core infrastructure in AWS, K8s, Terraform
• Work with high traffic APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with all different functions across Data, Product, FrontEnd etc.

Essential Skills
You will have strong background in software plus around 3 years of experience in the following tech stack:

• AWS
• Terraform
• Kubernetes
• Helm

Desirable Skills

• CI/CD
• Kafka
• Redis

Package
On top of a base salary ranging from €75,000-€95,000 DOE, you will get access to a fantastic benefits package including:
