Senior Product Manager
Job description
We have recently partnered with a VC backed start-up operating in the identity and access management space that are looking to hire their first Senior Product Manager.
Company
The company was founded 5 years ago by industry veterans that identified a modern-day threat powered by AI. They are on a mission to ensure account recovery is secure from outside attacks. Currently a team of 20, they are looking to double in size over the next 6 months and are on track to tripling their revenue by the end of 2025. In addition, as 2024 closes they have now become a profitable business.
Role
This is the first hire in the Product team which will provide you will the opportunity to take full ownership over the department. You will report into the CTO and will work closely with the him to ensure the product strategy and roadmap is efficiently defined. You will be expected to work hand in hand with the engineering team to ensure key milestones are being achieved. It will be fast paced, and prior start-up experience will be crucial to ensure you hit the ground running from day 1. This is a fully remote position with quarterly meetups with the team and leadership. To be considered you will need:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Product Management capacity.
- Experience within Cyber Security, ideally within identity and access management.
- Background working for start-ups and SME/enterprise organizations.
- Ability to own project from concept through to launch.
- Demonstrate a positive and driven mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
