Job description

We are partnering with a FinTech startup seeking a skilled Backend Engineer. Join a dynamic team revolutionizing banking operations through advanced automation and AI.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems for integrating credit card, banking, and merchant platforms.
  • Architect and implement microservices, and design core frameworks to enhance reusability and maintainability.
  • Upgrade coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, systems, and dependencies to boost performance and security.
  • Optimize infrastructure and systems for improved efficiency and quality.
  • Lead development and deployment of key features, making critical technology and design decisions.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years with Go or Java in production.
  • Strong system architecture and platform development skills.
  • Experience leading key product features or platform upgrades.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with expertise in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead project teams.
