Role

• Define technical vision, architecture, and lead design for scalable, secure systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring security and performance
• Oversee development, ensuring quality deliverables
• Translate business needs into technical specs, collaborate with stakeholders
• Mentor teams, foster innovation and collaboration

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in technical leadership
• Experience with complex fintech systems, API architecture, cloud platforms, and microservices (preferably AWS)
• Proficiency in relational/No-SQL databases and modern programming languages like Go and Java.
