I'm currently collaborating with a dynamic martech company that help businesses have full insight and transparency into their digital advertisements. Through data and analytics and cutting-edge software, they have been established over 15 years and now are looking at a new suite of products with a particular focus on artificial intelligence to give them a competitive advantage .
The business employ over 40 individuals and have a technology team of 15, are now looking to improve their backend landscape and hire another Golang engineer to work under the technology director.
As a Golang engineer, you will work alongside their development team of 10 to take the lead on a series of upcoming greenfield projects.

To excel in this role, they're seeking a seasoned Golang engineer with over 4 years of experience, ready to hit the ground running. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and a strong grasp of databases will be highly advantageous.
They embrace a hybrid working model, allowing you the flexibility to work either from their modern office in Cologne or come 2-3 times a quarter at most to meet the team. Striking the perfect balance between work and life, they also prioritize a German-speaking candidate for seamless communication within the team.

- Experience working with AWS
