The Role

Are you ready to take on a high-impact, 360° recruitment role where you’ll not only lead in building out markets in Software Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, Blockchain, or ERP but also take on key management responsibilities? This is your chance to establish and scale our presence in niche tech spaces, guiding a team of consultants toward success while developing client relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, setting performance goals, and driving overall results.


In this position, you’ll:

  • Build out relationships with new and existing clients across niche technical markets, using business development skills to strengthen our reach across the East Coast of the US.

  • Lead and inspire a team of consultants by providing hands-on training, sharing best practices, and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Shape recruitment strategies to align with business objectives, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

  • Drive team productivity by setting ambitious targets and monitoring KPIs, helping each team member reach their potential.

  • Host tech webinars, exclusive roundtable events, and in-person gatherings, becoming a recognized leader in your market.


What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience as a 360° recruiter, ideally within tech, and a strong history of client relationship management.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring junior consultants, with the ability to coach and develop talent.

  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, combined with strong sales and negotiation expertise.

  • A driven, ambitious mindset with resilience and business acumen.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to lead by example and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture.
