Tom Back

Tom is the Learning & Development Manager here at Amicus and oversees the onboarding and the ongoing professional growth of all team members, ensuring that every individual in the business is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Tom obtained a Business Degree in 2014 and has a decade of experience in the Recruitment industry, with 7 years dedicated in the L&D field. He is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering employees to thrive and contribute to the company’s success.

When not in work, Tom is an avid sports fan. He holds a season ticket at Burnley FC and regularly watches and writes up content in the Boxing space. He also likes to travel, spend quality time with friends / family and has a Patterdale puppy that keeps him fully occupied with everything in between.
